Our Mission
To identify and eliminate barriers to student success by providing resources, support, and collaboration with parents, students, and community stakeholders. The CARES Team will provide direct and indirect services to students, families, and school personnel to promote and support students' academic and social successes.
Our Vision
The CARES Team will enhance the district's ability to meet its academic mission, especially where home, school, and community collaboration is the key to achieving student success.
