Sabrina Porrill
Hi! My name is Sabrina Porrill and I am so excited to be your child’s school counselor this year! I have been here at Bragg for over 27 years as a 7th grade social studies teacher, but this is my first year in this new position. I graduated from UAB with a B.S. in Social Science Education and a Masters in History Education, as well as a Master’s from the University of West Alabama in School Counseling. I am married and have three children. My oldest is at the University of Syracuse studying architecture, and my younger two are at JCIB high school. I enjoy reading, travelling, and watching all types of sports. Please feel free to contact me if you ever have a question or need help for you or your child.
Ellen Irvine
Hello! My name is Ellen Irvine. I am coming over from Gardendale 草榴社区 where I spent twelve years as counselor there! i am a graduate of Athens State, UAB, and Samford University. Originally from Huntsville, Alabama, I moved to the Birmingham area twenty-five years ago. I am married and have three teenage sons. Two of my sons attend the University of Alabama, and the third is a junior at Homewood High School. In my spare time, I enjoy Alabama football, playing with my dog, Bean, and spending time with my family. I am SUPER excited that I have the opportunity to be at Bragg Middle School.
