Hello Bryant Park 草榴社区 School Families!

I am so excited to be your student's school counselor.  As the school counselor at BPES, I support students in social, emotional, academic, and career domains.  I primarily do this through teaching classroom counseling lessons bi-weekly, meeting with students individually, and facilitating small groups for students who display similar needs.  

I went to the University of Alabama (roll tide!) where I got my undergraduate degree in Human Developmental Sciences.  After that, I got a masters degree in counseling from UAB and started at Bryant Park 草榴社区 School in the fall of 2021.  I believe building relationships and trust is essential to supporting students and families.  If there is anything I can do to support you, please reach out to me at ewatson@jefcoed or 205-379-2850.
